Flamenco "duende" mingles with a bit of comic relief during this third installment of American Bolero Dance Company's production of "Tablao Flamenco". This ongoing Queens, NY -based series, established in 2008 by Gabriela Granados, features live Flamenco, and other styles of Spanish dance and music, performed by some of the finest dancers, singers and guitarists from NYC and abroad, and presented in a cabaret-like format and atmosphere that emulates the flamenco clubs or 'tablaos' of Spain.

This ongoing series of once-a-month showcases features live Flamenco and other styles of Spanish dance and music performed by some of the finest talent from New York City and abroad, and presented in a cabaret-like format and atmosphere that recreates the flamenco club or 'tablao' of Spain, right in the heart of Astoria.
Tablao Flamenco is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council. This program is also made possible (in part) by the Queens Council on the Arts, with funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature, and with support from The JP Morgan Chase Foundation.
